Citroen has announced the official starting price of the new C4 Cactus on its local auto market, where the model will set you back for at least 13,950 euros.
Officially unveiled during the 2014 Geneva Motor Show, last week, the new Citroen C4 Cactus is now close to hitting dealerships, and one of the first markets to offer the model on sale will be France. According to the car manufacturer, the model in question will arrive on its local auto market this June and it will cost 13,950 euros, for the base entry-level version. This will actually be cheaper than the C4 hatchback, which starts at 18,850 euros.
Future customers of the Citroen C4 Cactus will be able to get it for a monthly flat rate of only 199 euros for the cheapest version, with a 36-month contract and a limited of 45,000 km. Potential buyers will have the possibility for choosing other trim levels too and at the end of the contract, they will have to purchase the vehicle or take it back to the lessor and sign a new lease for a different vehicle. There will be a “pay-per-use” contract which require customers to pay a fixed monthly rate associated to the number of kilometers driven. This will become available at first in Spain, Italy and in the UK.
