Citroen C4 gets sedan version in China image

And it will be making its public debut in less than 24 hours at the Chengdu Motor Show.

The Citroen C4 Sedan has been officially presented over the web as the model will be making its public debut at the 2015 Chengdu Motor Show, in just a day. The model in question has been tailored specifically for the Chinese automotive market and it will only become available in the Asian country exclusively. It stands at 4.55 meters in length and it is coming as a replacement for the C-Quatre, slotting between the C-Elysee and the C4 L.

The brand new Citroen C4 Sedan is expected to be taking its power from a brand new 3-cylinder turbocharged gasoline burner, which will be producing approximately 130 HP (95 kW), being connected to either a standard manual or an optional automatic transmission, sending power to the front-wheel drive. The cabin has been described as being “spacious and comfortable” and some of the goodies found on it include the blind spot monitoring system, the handsfree start and access, the standard touch screen display and several other tweaks.

The Citroen C4 Sedan will be put together in Wuhan and it is an extremely important model for Dongfeng Citroen since its predecessor represented 30 percent of the company’s sales last year. Additional details on the model in question are limited at this point and will be fully announced tomorrow (September 4, 2015), during the Chengdu Motor Show. Meanwhile, you can check it out in the small photo gallery posted below and released by Citroen.
