Citroen has recently announced a series of updates for the DS 4 which will be offered for sale soon.
The 2016 Citroen DS 4 is going to be updated, as the French based automaker has recently announced. The model in question will be offered with some new powertrain options and on the higher end versions, the company will be adding the new touch screen navigation system with the 7-inch display, the passive entry and the push button ignition, amongst some other tweaks.
“Technology is a key value for the DS brand and is fully expressed in the equipment on the DS 4, which is now available with hands-free access and start-up (HFAS) and touch navigation”, said the company in its official press release.
Under its hood, the updated version of the Citroen DS 4 will be offered with the THP 165 S&S EAT6 engine, which is allowing it to burn an average of 5.5 liters of fuel every 100 km, or the equivalent of 51.3 mpg UK / 42.7 mpg US, and to emit less than 130 g/km of CO2. Besides this, the carmaker is offering two diesels too, out of which one of them is the BlueHDi S&S 150 6-speed manual, which is burning an average of 3.9 liters / 100 km (72.4 mpg UK / 60.3 mpg US) and emitting 100 g/km of CO2, while the BlueHDi S&S 180 EAT6 is burning 4.3L / 100km (65.7 mpg UK / 54.7 mpg US) and emitting 113 g/km of CO2. No pricing details have been announced yet.
