Citroen is getting ready to launch the new DS3 Cabrio to Australia, where the cheapest version of the model will set you back for at least 27,740 AUD, once it will make its way onto the market next month.
According to the car manufacturer, the new Citroen DS3 Cabrio will be offered, just like the DS3 hardtop, in two trim levels, the DStyle and the DSport. The Citroen DS3 Cabrio DStyle is getting a 1.6 liter four-cylinder petrol engine under its hood, which is producing a total output of 88 kW and 160 Nm of torque. The unit is mated to a four-speed automatic transmission. The average fuel consumption in the car stands at 5.9L / 100 km.
The Citroen DS3 Cabrio DSport, on the other hand, is getting a turbocharged version of the same 1.6 liter four-cylinder engine, which is now producing a total output of 115 kW and 240 Nm of torque. The unit is mated to a six-speed manual transmission which is helping the car burn an average of 6.7 liters of fuel every 100 km. The DS3 Cabrio is 3,948 mm long, 1,994 mm wide and 1,483 mm tall, riding on a 2,464 mm long wheelbase. Its top speed stands at between 1,208 and 1,231 kg.
