The German aftermarket specialists at Elia have presented a new tuning package for the Dacia Duster which is adding some interesting features to the low-cost SUV.
The Dacia Duster has been a success ever since it was introduced a few years ago and with the model getting ready to be launched in the UK early next year, future or current owners of the Romanian SUV can now order a tuning package signed by Elia which will help it stand out in a crowd. The company has chosen a white Dacia Duster which was equipped with chromed ornaments and with matte black accessories. The model is also getting two bull-bars, LED taillights, a stainless steel exhaust system and 20-inch alloy wheels.
The interior design of the Dacia Duster hasn’t been modified by Elia but the model has received a 2DIN multimedia system, made by Pioneer, which also includes a navigation system. Unlike the Media Nav found on the new Dacia models, the Pioneer multimedia system has a CD player and a micro SD slot, but it lacks USB or AUX connections. The Dacia Duster in question isn’t getting any powertrain upgrades even if the large 20-inch alloy wheels will affect its performance. No details on the price list of these upgrades have been announced yet.
