Dacia has delivered the 1.5 millionth Logan vehicle to a client living in Bucharest, Romania.
The Dacia Logan wearing the 1, 500, 000 production number has been delivered to a customer living in Bucharest, Romania. Diana, who is the proud owner of the particular vehicle, has been handed over the keys by Jan Ptacek, the Renault Commercial Roumanie general director, and the delivery has been made by Dacia Meridian Nord.
“The Logan is the basis of the Dacia range. This is the model which has managed to impose our brand both in Romania and in many countries where customers are looking for an affordable, spacious, robust and modern vehicle. Today I am pleased to hand over the key to the anniversary model to a customer in Romania, the cradle of the Dacia brand”, said Jan Ptacek.
The particular model is getting a beige finish for its body and it is in the Laureate trim level, being equipped with the 0.9 liter TCe petrol burner. The previous milestone celebrated by the Dacia Logan was back in 2010, when the carmaker has delivered the model wearing the 1,000,000 production number to a client who was also living in Bucharest, Romania. A total of 513,702 units of the Logan have been delivered, in its first generation, in Romania alone. This was followed by Algeria, with 211,784 units, France with 182,788 units, Turkey with 130,000 units and Germany with 120,600 units. The Logan is currently in its second generation, for almost three years now, and it is assembled in Mioveni, Romania, and in Casablanca, Morocco.
