The Romanian based automaker Dacia is planning to develop a five-seat Logan SW which should replace the current Logan MCV.
After being officially revealed just a few days ago, along with the Sandero 2, the new generation of the Dacia Logan is ending up in our news once again, this time in a new body style, a five-seater which is expected to be named the SW. The company’s officials have announced that the Logan MCV won’t be around once the new generation of the Dacia Logan will hit the market and this will be replaced by the SW.
The car manufacturer is currently selling the Dacia Lodgy, the company’s first seven-seat MPV, and this will be followed shortly by the Dokker and the Dokker Van. Dacia considers that there is still room on the market for a new Logan body style and this will be offered probably a few months after the sedan version will arrive at dealerships.
Rumors are saying that the Dacia Logan SW will get enough cabin space for five passengers, a larger cargo area compared to the sedan and a redesigned dashboard. Dacia is hoping to transform the upcoming Logan SW into a best-seller on the Old Continent. Additional details on the model are limited for the moment.
