Dacia Sandero, Logan MCV and Duster receive the Laureate Prime Special Edition image

The Laureate Prime special edition for the Sandero, Logan MCV and Duster has been officially announced by the Romanian based automaker Dacia.

With the possible Sandero RS aimed towards the 2015 Geneva Motor Show, along with the new 10 Year Anniversary Logan, Dacia is now focusing on releasing a new special edition for its models. This has been called the Laureate Prime and it is aimed towards the Sandero, the Logan MCV and the Duster and it will be officially presented to the public during the same Swiss automotive event, on the 3rd of March.

Dacia says that all three special edition models have been finished in the Cosmos Blue paint and they are getting the Dark Metal paint finish for the side door mirror housings, along with alloy wheels, to contribute to the final looks. The interior design of the three has received a two tone upholstery, the blue edged floor mats, the climate control, cruise control with speed limiter, electric front windows and a leather wrapped steering wheel, amongst others.

The 7-inch touch screen display for the MEDIA NAV Evolution navigation system can also be found in the cabin of the three models, which is adding the TMC traffic information, the ability to access the Apple SIRI voice recognition function thanks to the steering wheel mounted controls and several other tweaks. We are not sure what engines will the three models receive but details like this, or the price list, will probably be announced in Geneva.
