Renault’s formerly budget – now smart buy – brand Dacia is not only premiering the new Logan MCV Stepway at the Geneva Motor Show but it’s also introducing the interesting Summit special editions.
The new Summit will become available across all of Dacia’s Stepway lineup – including the new Logan MCV Stepway – and because it’s based on the top trim levels it will give you the feeling that Dacia has decidedly ditched its low cost roots. The Summit models will come with two bespoke color options – Nordic Grey or, if you go for the Sandero Stepway, the stand out from the crowd Magma Orange. The Sandero and Logan MCV Stepway models will feature 16-inch ‘Grey Flex’ alloy wheels, but the Duster SUV features even better looking 16-inch diamond-cut black Cyclades wheels.
Enter the cabin and you’ll know why you paid extra – orange piping and stitching on the seats, special matching mats, and based on the Laureate trim, all Summit models have perks such as air conditioning, DAB radio and satellite navigation, as well as rear parking sensors and cruise control. The off-road experienced Duster adds wheel arch guards and protective side mouldings – for an even rougher and scruffier look.
