Nissan’s brand Datsun has released more specifications on the newly unveiled Go+, which will cost from less than 6,500 euros in some emerging markets across Asia.
The new Datsun Go+ has been officially presented to the public during the 2013 Indonesian International Motor Show, on the 17th of September, and now the model is entering our news once amore, this time with the company releasing some specifications on it. According to the car manufacturer, the new Datsun Go+ is a small MPV, aimed towards emerging markets, which will get a 5+2 layout and it’s believed to cost less than 6,500 euros, once it will become available for order.
The Datsun Go+ stands at 3,995 mm in length, at 1,635 mm in width and at 1,500 mm in height, riding on a 2,450 mm long wheelbase, which is very similar to the Nissan Micra, on which is based. The total weight of the car stands at 794 kg, 100 less than the Micra, a figure achieved by removing almost all features. As far as the engine goes, the 1.2 liter three-cylinder petrol unit will become available, with a single transmission option, a 5-speed manual. More details on the model will be announced close to its launch.
