We all know that protecting secrets in the automotive industry just like protecting the next iPhone from leaking early – which is darn right impossible today.
That’s not because automakers aren’t trying to protect their secrets – we have those crazy camouflage patterns, they even screen everyone entering and exiting sensible areas. But sometimes the leaks come from within – like it happened now with a Jeep product poster. Somebody attending a Jeep Dealer meeting decided to spill the beans and took a mug shot of a poster depicting the future product line. So, we now get a first glimpse at how the front and back end of the Grand Wagoneer flagship SUV will look like. The poster takes a look at the entire Jeep family, meaning we can also catch a first sight at the 2018 Wrangler.
While entering a completely new generation, there’s nothing to fear because the iconic design is here to stay – some may even wonder what has actually changed. Oddly enough, the already officially revealed Compass has been left out for some reason. Back to the Grand Wagoneer at hand, the rumor mill is linking Jeep’s executives to dreams of high luxury and prices of more than $140,000 for their upcoming flagship. By the way, if the poster respects the actual scales, then this all-new top of the line model is going to be humongous – when it debuts officially in 2018.
