The Nissan Resonance Concept has won the Best Concept Vehicle Award during the 2013 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) in Detroit.
The EyesOn winners are decided by a panel of active and retired automotive designers and the awards are given to the best concept cars and production models which make their local or worldwide debut during the Detroit Auto Show. The latest winner of the Best Concept Vehicle award was the Nissan Resonance Concept, which managed to impress the jury, especially after the Japanese based automaker has announced that the model is previewing the next generation of the Murano.
The Nissan Resonance Concept is coming with a more athletic appearance, with a floating roof, with an upgraded cabin and with some other interesting features which will probably be adopted onto the next generation of the Nissan Murano. The Resonance Concept is coming with a hybrid powertrain made out of a small-displacement internal combustion engine and an electric motor, with a CVT and all-wheel drive. Additional details on the Nissan Resonance Concept or on the future Murano generation are limited for the moment.
