The first rendering with the recently unveiled Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat is showing the powerful model in a convertible body style.
After being officially unveiled just a week ago, the brand new Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat is being highlighted once again, this time with the help of a new image, which is showing the model in question in a new convertible body style. The photo posted above is a simple rendering created by X-Tomi Design and it isn’t anything official released by the North American based automaker. Keep in mind that the model pictured above has close to 0 chances of hitting the production line.
The Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat is taking its power from the same engine which is also used on the Challenger SRT Hellcat muscle car. We are talking about the 6.2 liter V8, which is producing a total output of 707 HP (527 kW) and it has a peak torque of 880 Nm (650 lb-ft). This is enough to allow the vehicle to do a quarter mile in just 11.0 seconds and to go from 0 to 100 mph (160 km/h) and back to 0 in less than 13 seconds. Top speed achieved stands at 328 km/h (204 mph). This is the most powerful sedan in the world.
