The North American based automaker Dodge has officially pulled the wraps off its newest creation, the Challenger SRT Trans Am race car.
Dodge is one busy car brand these past few months and in between unveiling the powerful Challenger SRT Hellcat and the performance sedan Charger SRT Hellcat, the company has also introduced a brand new race car, the Challenger SRT Trans Am, which will be competing in the obvious Trans Am Series.
“As SRT Motorsports partners with Miller Racing to enter Trans Am competition for the balance of the 2014 season, Kendall will drive the No. 11 Dodge Challenger SRT while teammate and TA2 points leader Cameron Lawrence will drive the No. 1 Challenger beginning at the Mid-Ohio race, an event Lawrence won in 2013”, says the car manufacturer in its official press release.
