The Dubai Police department has recently received another powerful and impressive vehicle, a brand new BMW M6 Gran Coupe.
Being a law enforcement agent in Dubai these days seems to be like the perfect job for a petrol head because the police department has some of the world’s most impressive supercars, like the Lamborghini Avantador, the Ferrari FF, the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG, the Aston Martin One-77, the Bentley Continental GT and others, and now, a brand new BMW M6 Gran Coupe is joining them. In the background, you can also see a Ford Mustang wrapped in the same Dubai police colors, so our guess is that this is also a new addition to the lineup.
Power to the BMW M6 Gran Coupe is being provided by the 4.4 liter V8, which is producing a total output of 560 HP (412 kW) and 680 Nm of torque (502 lb-ft). The unit is mated to a seven-speed M double clutch transmission which is allowing the model to sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.2 seconds, before reaching the electronically limited top speed of 250 km/h (155 mph). The speed limited can be lifted with the M Driver’s Package and the model will then reach 305 km/h (189 mph).
