Edo Competition’s newest tuning program is aimed towards the Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG.
The Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG is now getting a new aftermarket upgrade package signed by Edo Competition. The powerful SUV has received a series of tweaks which should make every owner of such a vehicle check their bank accounts and the official website of the tuning company for more details. For start, the model has been given ventilated and perforated disc brakes with six piston monoblock fixed calipers and sports brake pads, a new sports exhaust system with sports catalysts and valve control and some other tweaks.
The interior design of the Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG hasn’t been left aside either as this is now coming with a two-tone red and black upholstery, with diamond stitching. If you though that there aren’t any changes under the hood, think again, because Edo Competition has remapped the ECU and has added the aforementioned exhaust system. This is allowing the 5.5 liter twin turbo V8 engine to develop a total output of 660 HP (485 kW) and 900 Nm (664 lb-ft) of torque, from the standard 544 HP (400 kW) and 760 Nm (560 lb-ft) of torque. No pricing details have been announced yet.
