The Italian luxury brand is celebrating in 2014 no less than a century of existence, and as a part of its numerous commemorations, it partnered with well-known Fashion House Ermenegildo Zegna.
The duo of exclusive brands collaborated to share their vision of luxury and created a limited series of just 100 unique Quattroporte vehicles. All of the Quattroporte Ermenegildo Zegna will also boast in honor of the two houses a special series of accessories, called the Owner’s Collection.
“Reminiscent of Zegna’s finest fabrics, the classic silhouette now appears in a sophisticated Platinum Silk hue that perfectly complements the interior. Sleek bodywork and an imposing bonnet pay tribute to iconic designs of the past, while the overall impression is effortlessly modern,” says the company statement.
As always, in the world of high luxury, such partnerships are nothing new, albeit have become rather mandatory. Only 100 units of the series will be built – in a nod to the 100 years celebration. Exterior and interior modifications are discrete, but the Maseratis also sport the unique Ermenegildo Zegna logo for the exclusive series. More encompassing is the unique set of accessories – the Owner’s Collection – that feature 19 individual items, such as a silk scarf with its chevron motif or a luxurious picnic blanket.
