The British based carmaker Eterniti Motors is planning to launch its Hemera SUV in its final production form in April, 2012, at the Beijing Motor Show.
I’m sure that all of you remember the Eterniti Hemera with its Porsche Cayenne looks which was officially unveiled earlier this year at the Frankfurt Motor Show, and even if this article doesn’t exactly provide us more details on the SUV, the vehicle will be presented at the Beijing Motor Show in April next year, and considering the fact that almost nobody has heard of the automaker before the German event and that the crossover won’t be quite cheap, we don’t know who’s going to buy it.
“The Hemera has a responsiveness that I’ve never felt in an SUV. The immediacy is tremendous. A ‘sporting luxury SUV’ might sound like an oxymoron, but I’m confident we can achieve what we set to do”, said Alastair Macqueen.
According to the car manufacturer, the Eterniti Hemera will be powered by the same 4.8 liter V8 engine used in the Porsche Cayenne Turbo S which has been tuned to develop around 600 horsepower. The model will be hand-built in London and its top speed will be approximately 180 mph while the 0 to 62 mph acceleration time will be done in just over four seconds.
