The Mercedes-Benz G55 and the G63 AMG have been the subject of modification as the two models have been recently updated by a tuning company called FAB Design.
While Mercedes-Benz is quite busy these days with the G500 4×4 Concept, which will be introduced at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show, next Tuesday, the aftermarket specialists at FAB Design have recently pulled the wraps off their newest creation, the modified G55 and G63 AMG. The two models have received a bespoke body made from carbon fiber and composite and the visual enhancements include the larger wheel arches, the new side skirts, the custom front and rear spoilers and the 23-inch lightweight alloy wheels, wrapped in 305/55 tires.
No images with the interior design have been released by FAB Design at the moment but the tuning company is stating that the cabin has received the carbon fiber accents, the Alcantara and custom leather. The spare wheel has been replaced by a special tire failure set which has made room for extra storage compartment with an illuminated hawk, as the company is saying. Last but not least, we have to talk about the power in the two, which has been upgraded and the G55 is now delivering 530 HP (390 kW) and 775 Nm (572 lb-ft) of torque, while the G63 has 620 HP (456 kW) and 820 Nm (605 lb-ft). No pricing details on the two models have been announced at this time but chances are we will get to see more on them in the near future.
