A rendering with the 2016 Alfa Romeo Giulietta is showing us how the model may look like once it will be ready for its future customers.
Ever since Alfa Romeo has introduced the impressive Giulia Quadrifoglio Verde, most have forgotten about models like the 4C, the Giulia or the MiTo, but don’t be sad because a facelifted version of the compact hatchback is said to be in the works. The model in question has now been highlighted for the very first time, but before rushing over to your local dealership in order to place a deposit, you should know that the image posted above is nothing more than a simple rendering.
The 2016 Alfa Romeo Giulietta shown here has been drawing its inspiration from previous spy shots and it will be getting a familiar look, similar to the one of the larger Giulia. Changes are minor but they do include the new front grille, the different headlights, the new front bumper and several other tweaks. The interior design of the car is also expected to be refreshed as well, so expect a new layout for the dashboard, some new safety and driver assistance systems and the Uconnect infotainment system, amongst others. Chances are the engine lineup will be upgraded as well, but it remains to be seen whether new units will be added to the vehicle or not. The 2016 Alfa Romeo Giulietta is believed to be shown at the upcoming Geneva Motor Show, next March.
