Facelifted BMW 7-Series launched in Malaysia

BMW has recently launched the facelifted BMW 7-Series (F01/02) in Malaysia, where the model is available to its future customers from RM648,800.

According to the German based automaker, the facelifted BMW 7-Series has hit Malaysian soil in three versions, the 730Li, the 740Li and the ActiveHybrid 7L, where the first one is priced from RM648,800, the second one from RM818,800 while the greenest of all starts at RM938,800, all of them on the road without insurance. The front fascia of the facelifted BMW 7-Series has new LED headlights, a nine-slat per side kidney grille, new indicators integrated into the side mirrors and a redesigned front bumper. The rear end of the luxurious model is coming with a chrome strip between the taillights.

The cabin of the 2013 BMW 7-Series has newly designed leather seats, two 9.2-inch flat screens for the rear passengers, new hardware for the iDrive, a Bang & Olufsen premium surround sound system for the hybrid version and more. The 3.0 liter six-cylinder TwinPower Turbo engine is providing a total output of 258 HP and 310 Nm of torque in the 730Li and 320 HP and 450 Nm of torque in the 740Li, while the hybrid is getting 320 HP from the petrol burner and 55 HP from the synchronous electric motor. Total output stands at 354 HP and 500 Nm of torque, enough for a 0 to 100 km/h sprint of 5.7 seconds.
