Dacia has a thing or two to learn from this rendering showing a facelifted version of the Duster in a pickup body style which looks amazing and it will definitely become a hit.
The Romanian based automaker Dacia has unveiled the facelifted version of the Duster a couple of months ago, during the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show and the model in question has received some significant upgrades, which should be enough to satisfy customers until the new generation of the model will hit the market, probably in a few years. But ever since the carmaker has dropped the first generation of the Logan, Dacia hasn’t been offering a pickup anymore so, who knows, maybe we will finally get to see such a body style of the Duster.
The upgraded Dacia Duster has received the ESC, the MediaNav infotainment system for the top of the line version, rear park assist, cruise control with speed limiter and much more. there is also a brand new engine available for the model, a 1.2 liter turbo gasoline burner, which is coming with 123 HP and 250 Nm (151 lb-ft) of torque. In two-wheel drive, this version is burning an average of 6.3L / 100km of fuel and it’s emitting 145 g/km of CO2. Other units available are the previous 104 HP 1.6L 16-valve and the 90 HP and 110 HP 1.5L dCi diesel.
