Ford has announced the launch of the 2015 EcoSport in the United Kingdom where the model is now available for order from 14,245 GBP.
The rival of the Nissan Juke, Vauxhall Mokka, Renault Captur and other vehicles in the segment, produced by the blue oval, is here in its facelifted version as the carmaker has announced its launch in the United Kingdom. The 2015 Ford EcoSport can be yours from 14,245 GBP and it is coming with an eliminated spare wheel from the rear end and an added mobility kit. If you enjoyed the EcoSport’s old look, you can ask the carmaker to put it back, for an extra cost.
The sub-compact crossover is also getting tweaked ESP, springs, rear torsion beam and dampers, along with an updated electric power assisted steering. The model can also be had, at an additional cost, with the Winter Pack, which is optional and it is bringing the heated mirrors, heated windscreen, rear seat ventilation and heated front seats. Ford has also added some more sound-deadening materials in the doors and dashboard so the ride should be quieter than ever. There are also a few extra goodies worth mentioning, such as the satellite navigation system and the rearview camera. Last but not least, the 2015 Ford EcoSport is bringing an extra 5 HP (3 kW), on the 1.5 liter TDCi diesel burner, bringing the total output of the unit to 95 HP (70 kW).
