Honda has announced the official starting price of the facelifted Accord in the Sedan and Coupe body styles across the nation.

The 2016 Honda Accord has been improved and the car manufacturer has added a new and sporty styling with LED lighting, a fresh set of 19-inch wheels, the Apple CarPlay and Android Auto support on the new 7-inch Display Audio, the heated rear seats, the rain sensing wipers, the parking sensors, 60/40 split folding rear seat and a new Touring trim on the Accord Coupe, as the automaker is stating.

“The best is getting better with the launch of the redesigned 2016 Accord,” said Jeff Conrad, Senior Vice President of the Honda Division. “With more customer-relevant technology, an even more refined and sporty ride and top-class fuel economy and safety ratings, the 2016 redesign keeps Accord at the top of its class.”

Under the hood of the two models, two engines will become available. This will include the 2.4 liter four-cylinder unit, capable of putting down a total of 185 HP (138 kW) and 245 Nm (181 lb-ft) of torque, along with the larger 3.5 liter V6, producing a total of 278 HP (207 kW) and 341 Nm (242 lb-ft) of torque. Transmission options will be including a 6-speed manual, a six-speed automatic or a continuously variable transmission. The cheapest version of the 2016 Honda Accord Sedan will be setting you back for 22,105 USD while for the entry-level 2016 Honda Accord Coupe, you will have to pay at least 23,775 USD. The models will be offered for sale later this month.
