Peugeot has recently announced its official price list for the facelifted RCZ in Australia, where the model is now available to its future customers from 58, 990 AUD.
According to the French based automaker, the official starting price of the facelifted Peugeot RCZ is now 4,000 AUD higher than the one of the pre-facelift version, moving the model dangerously closer to its main rival, the Audi TT, which has a base starting price of 65,450 AUD in Australia. Standard features found on the Peugeot RCZ facelift include the rain sensing wipers, the auto headlights, the power front seats, the sports steering wheel or the leather trim upholstery, amongst others.
The 2013 Peugeot RCZ is powered by a 1.6 liter four-cylinder petrol turbo direct injected engine, which is producing a total output of 147 kW and it has a peak torque of 275 Nm, when mated to the six-speed manual transmission, or 115 kW and 240 Nm of torque with the six-speed automatic transmission. The facelifted RCZ can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 8.4 seconds in the automatic version, and it’s burning an average of 7.3L / 100km in the same variant. The 2.0L turbo diesel is allowing the RCZ to sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in 8.2 seconds and the average fuel consumption stands at 5.3L / 100km.
