The French based automaker Renault is planning to introduce the facelifted version of the Latitude next month, during the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show.
The facelifted version of the Renault Latitude will be based on the Renault Samsung SM5, which was unveiled in South Korea in late 2012. The European version of the model will get a new front fascia, an upgraded rear end and some other tweaks. Changes are expected to include the new headlights with daytime running lights, the redesigned front grille, new LED taillights, different rear bumper and new wheel designs, which should attract more customers into the car.
The interior design of the Renault Latitude facelift will not be ignored either as the model will get an updated infotainment system and new equipment. As for the engine lineup, this is expected to include the 2.0 liter dCi, which will come in two outputs, 150 HP and 175 HP, along with the 3.0 liter dCi V6, producing 240 HP. A turbocharged 1.6 liter TCe is expected to be introduced too, which will produce 180 HP. Additional details on the facelifted version of the Renault Latitude are limited for the moment and will be announced during the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show.
