A Ferrari 355 GTS supercar has been recently crashed in Italy, after its driver lost control of the wheel on a wet road.
We have always said here on inautonews.com that where ever there will be exotic cars there will also be exotic car crashes and the latest example of such an unfortunate incident is coming all the way from Vicenza, Italy. According to Wrecked Exotics, the 22-year old driver lost control of the wheel on a wet road and has crashed his ride, splitting it in half. The driver was instantly killed, along with the 11-year old passenger.
As a quick reminder, the Ferrari F355 has been produced between 1994 and 1999 and it was replaced by the 360. The model is an evolution of the 348. The F355 GTS is based on the Berlinetta body style and it’s offering a removable targa-style hard top roof, which can be stored behind the seats. A total of 2,577 units of the F355 GTS were produced and, out of these, 2,048 were delivered with the 6-speed transmission, while the rest were equipped with an F1 transmission. The Ferrari F355 GTS was the last GTS Targa style produced by the company.
