The drunk driver of a Ferrari 360 Modena has managed to crash his ride in Germany after trying to overtake another vehicle.
The newest supercar incident is coming from Germany and it involves the Ferrari 360 Modena. According to the guys at Wrecked Exotics, the Italian supercar in question has been crashed by its drunk driver, who tried to overtake another vehicle. The powerful red vehicle has hit the guardrail before coming to a complete stop. Happily no one was injured in the crash. The incident took place in Betzdorf, Germany.
The Ferrari 360 has been assembled between 1999 and 2005 in Maranello and it came in two body styles, two-seat coupe and two-seat roadster. This was a rear mid-engined, rear-wheel drive supercar which was eventually replaced by the F430, the predecessor of the 458 Italia. Power was coming from a 3.6 liter V8 engine, which produced a total output of 400 HP (300 kW) at 8,500 rpm and 373 Nm (275 lb-ft) at 4,750 rpm, in the Modena, Spider, Modena F1 and Spider F1. The 0 to 100 km/h acceleration took 4.3 seconds and top speed stood at 304 km/h (189 mph).
