Ferrari 458 Italia by SR Auto Group revealed

The Canadian based aftermarket specialists at SR Auto Group have recently pulled the wraps off their latest creation, an upgrade for the Ferrari 458 Italia supercar named the Black Mist.

According to the tuning company, the Ferrari 458 Italia in question has been fitted with a body kit signed by Novitec Rosso and the paint is matching the original exterior, so this is where the “Black Mist” name is coming from. The Novitec Rosso kit is adding a rear diffuser, a rear aerodynamic spoiler and a front lip The Italian supercar in question is also coming with PUR 1NE Monoblock wheels, 21-inch in size in the front and 22-inch in the rear. Additional details on the Ferrari 458 Italia Black Mist are limited for the moment.

As a small reminder, the Ferrari 458 Italia is a mid-engined sports car which is replacing the old Ferrari F430. The 458 Italia was officially presented to the public back in 2009, at the Frankfurt Motor Show and it’s powered by a 4.5 liter V8 engine, also shared with Maserati, which is producing a total output of 562 horsepower at 9,000 rpm and it has a peak torque of 540 Nm available at 6,000 rpm. 80 percent of its torque is available from 3,250 rpm. The engine is mated to a seven-speed dual clutch transmission and the Ferrari 458 Italia has been designed by Pininfarina.
