The Canadian tuning company SR Auto has recently revealed a new upgrade package for the Ferrari 458 Italia, which was named the Project Ice Blade.
The Ferrari 458 Italia modified by SR Auto is now getting a new body kit, which makes its exterior design look even more aggressive, and also a new set of wheels. The body kit includes a new front lip, front splitters, modified side skirts and door handles, new side mirrors, a rear spoiler and an integrated rear diffuser. The Italian supercars suspension has been lowered and the model is now sitting on a fresh set of PUR wheels, 21-inch in front and 22-inch at the rear, with a Da Vinci red lip.
The aftermarket specialists at SR Auto didn’t say anything about possible modifications to the engine of the Ferrari 458 Italia so our guess is that the 4.5 liter V8 unit remains stock and it’s still developing a total output of 562 horsepower at 9,000 rpm, with a peak torque of 540 Nm, available at 6,000 rpm. 80 percent of the torque is coming in at 3,250 rpm and the unit is mated to a seven-speed dual clutch transmission. The Ferrari 458 Italia, which was designed by Pininfarina, made its official debut in 2009, at the Frankfurt Motor Show.
