A car washer has recently crashed a Ferrari 458 Italia in the United Kingdom after taking the supercar for a spin on a wet road.
We have always said here on inautonews.com that where ever there will be exotic cars there will also be exotic car crashes and the latest example of such an unfortunate incident is coming all the way from the United Kingdom, where a Ferrari 458 Italia has definitely seen better days. According to the guys at Jalopnik, the Italian supercar in question has been crashed by a car washer, who has decided to take it for a spin on a wet road. I wonder how the owner reacted.
As a quick reminder, the Ferrari 458 Italia is the replacement of the F430. The model has been officially presented o the public for the first time back in 2009 at the Frankfurt Motor Show. The Italian supercar is powered by a 4.5 liter V8 engine, shared with Maserati, which is producing a total output of 562 HP at 9,000 rpm and 540 Nm of torque available at 6,000 rpm, out of which 80 percent is coming in from 3,250 rpm. Power is being sent to the rear-wheel drive through a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission.
