A Ferrari 458 Italia supercar has been recently crashed in Brazil, after its driver tried to overtake a garbage truck.
Where ever there will be exotic cars there will also be exotic car crashes, this is what we’ve always said here on inautonews.com, and the latest example of such an unfortunate incident is coming all the way from Brazil, where a Ferrari 458 Italia has definitely seen better days. The Italian supercar has been crashed after the driver tried to overtake a garbage truck, but found that a Ford Fiesta was standing in his way. The guys at Wrecked Exotics are saying that this is the same guy who ruined a Ferrari 360 Modena a few years ago.
As a quick reminder, the Ferrari 458 Italia is powered by a 4.5 liter V8 engine, shared with Maserati, which is producing a total output of 562 HP at 9,000 rpm and it has a peak torque of 540 Nm, available at 6,000 rpm. The unit is mated to a seven-speed dual clutch transmission, which is sending power to the rear wheels. The Ferrari 458 Italia has been designed by Pininfarina and the model has been officially presented to the public back in 2009 at the Frankfurt Motor Show.
