A Ferrari 458 Italia supercar was recently crashed in China after its driver wasn’t paying attention to the road and rear ended a taxi, injuring several passengers.
Where ever there will be exotic cars there will also be exotic car crashes, this is what we’ve always said here on inautonews.com and the latest example of such an unfortunate incident is coming all the way from China where an expensive ride seems to be damaged almost daily. According to the guys at Wrecked Exotics, the driver of the Italian supercar purchased his ride 5 days before the crash and he insured it just a day before ruining it. The 458 Italia rear ended a taxi and several passengers were injured.
As a quick reminder, the Ferrari 458 Italia is the official replacement of the F430. The model has been introduced back in 2009, during the Frankfurt Motor Show and it’s powered by a 4.5 liter V8 engine, producing a total output of 562 HP at 9,000 rpm and 540 Nm of torque, available at 6,000 rpm. The unit is shared with Maserati and it’s mated to a seven-speed dual clutch transmission.
