Ferrari 458 Italia crashed in Saudi Arabia image

The driver of a Ferrari 458 Italia has managed to crash his white and black Italian supercar after pushing the throttle too hard and then losing control of the wheel.

Exotic and expensive supercars combined with the lack of experience and a small dose of “watch this” will always make you hit the news and the latest example of such an unfortunate incident is coming all the way from Saudi Arabia, where the driver of a Ferrari 458 Italia has crashed his ride on the median strip. The driver and the passenger of the expensive Italian supercar escaped uninjured, which is more than we can say about the 458 Italia.

The Ferrari 458 Italia has been officially presented to the public back in 2009, during the Frankfurt Motor Show, in a world premiere. The model replaced the old F430 and it came with a 4.5 liter V8 engine, shared with Maserati. The unit is producing a total output of 562 HP at 9,000 rpm and it has a peak torque of 540 Nm available at 6,000 rpm. Power is being sent to the rear-wheel drive through a seven-speed dual clutch transmission. The supercar has been designed by Pininfarina.
