Another Ferrari 458 Italia incident is coming in from England and we can see the red finished exotic car resting on its roof.
If you though that supercar crashes are not what they used to be and that everyone is more responsible these days, think again, because the images posted below are telling us different. The model in question is a Ferrari 458 Italia and this has flipped onto its roof in the north of England. The accident happened on a slippery road and despite this may look pretty bad, the 44-year old driver walked away from the scene with only some minor injuries, which is more than we can say about his ego. If you know more on how this incident occurred, please feel free to share.
The Ferrari 458 has been in production between 2009 and 2015 and it has been recently replaced by a facelift, the 488 GTB. The supercar came in two body styles, two-door coupe, the 458 Italia, and two-door roadster, the 458 Spider, with both of them packing in the same 4.5 liter naturally aspirated V8 engine under their hoods, which is capable of producing a total output of 562 HP (419 kW) at 9,000 rpm and 540 Nm (398 lb-ft) of torque, available at 6,000 rpm. The unit was connected to a 7-speed dual clutch transmission, allowing the model to reach 100 km/h (62 mph) in 3 seconds and a top speed of 325 km/h (202 mph).
