A Ferrari 458 Italia has met an Audi A4 up-close and very personal in England’s capital, London, recently.
We have always said here on inautonews.com that where ever there will be exotic cars there will also be exotic car crashes and the latest example of such an unfortunate incident is coming all the way from England, where a Ferrari 458 Italia has definitely seen better days. According to the guys at Wrecked Exotics, the Italian supercar in question has been involved in an incident with an older Audi A4 in London, from which the 458 Italia came out wrinkled.
As a quick reminder, the Ferrari 458 Italia has been officially presented to the public, in a world premiere, back in 2009, during the Frankfurt Motor Show. the model is a mid-engined sports car which is replacing the older Ferrari F430, and it’s powered by a 4.5 liter V8 engine, also shared with Maserati, which is producing a total output of 562 horsepower at 9,000 rpm and it has a peak torque of 540 Nm available at 6,000 rpm. 80 percent of its torque is available from 3,250 rpm. The engine is mated to a seven-speed dual clutch transmission and the Ferrari 458 Italia has been designed by Pininfarina.
