The range-topping versions of the 458, the Speciale and Speciale A, are currently on display at a Texas dealership.
In case you have been missing out on the top of the line variants of the 458, the 458 Speciale and 458 Speciale A (Aperta), than you have come to the right place, especially if you happen to live in Texas because the two models are currently on display at a Texas dealership. Both of them are carrying a white finish for their body and the have the red and black stripe covering their hood and roof.
The two of them may not be as powerful as the new 488 GTB, which has replaced the 4.5 liter naturally aspirated V8 engine for a new 3.9 liter twin turbo V8, but they are still preferred by collectors in favor for the new exotic ride. The Ferrari 458 Speciale has been officially unveiled back in 2013, at the Frankfurt Motor Show, and it is the spiritual successor of the 360 Challenge and the F430 Scuderia. Power is being provided by the aforementioned 4.5L unit, rated at 605 HP (445 kW) and 540 Nm (398 lb-ft) of torque. The 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) acceleration takes just 3 seconds. The 458 Speciale A (Aperta) is its convertible brother and this has the same performance figures as the solid roof version.
