The recently unveiled Ferrari 488 GTB has been rendered with a new set of custom wheels and a new finish for its appealing body.
This has proven to be a busy week for the automotive industry which gave us the new Ford Focus RS generation and the Ferrari 488 GTB, two very different rides with different targets which are appreciated by most petrol heads. Speaking of the Italian supercar, this has recently received a new rendering in which a fresh set of wheels have been added to it, along with an appealing matte black finish. The looks of the supercar are being completed by the gold accents, noticeable on the hood, on the fenders, side skirts, mirrors, wheels and several other parts.
The Ferrari 488 GTB is the newest supercar to come out of the Maranello facility. This will be replacing the 458 Italia and it’s more like a significant facelift than a new generation. The model has received a reworked body style but the most impressive update is found under its hood, where the 3.9 liter V8 engine has been added, in favor of the old 4.5 liter V8. Turbocharging era has begun for the supercars and the new unit is rated at 670 HP (493 kW) at 8,000 rpm and 760 Nm (560 lb-ft) of torque, available from 3,000 rpm. From 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph), the model needs just 3 seconds and top speed stands at 330 km/h (205 mph). The 488 GTB will be making its public debut in Geneva, next month.
