A couple of new renderings with the recently unveiled Ferrari 488 are showing us the supercar in an appealing blue shade with its top missing.
Ever since Ferrari has pulled the wraps off the brand new 488 GTB, the question on every fan’s lips was about its drop top version, the 488 GTS, and rendering artists have gone wild in order to create the best images with the imminent vehicle. The two photos posted below have been signed by the guys from Top Speed and they are revealing us the supercar in a blue paint.
The Ferrari 488 GTB has been officially unveiled just a couple of weeks ago. The supercar is coming as a replacement for the 458 Italia but it’s not what you may call brand new because the Maranello based automaker has chosen the same recipe here as it did with the California and the California T. This basically means that the 488 GTB is a facelifted version of the 458 Italia but which has added a lot of tweaks.
From the start, we can notice the wider body kit, the rear spoiler, the modified front fascia, the wider rear arches or the new alloy wheels. The most significant change is found under its hood where the 3.9 liter twin turbo unit is resting, replacing the old 4.5 liter V8. This is producing a total of 670 HP (493 kW) and 760 Nm (560 lb-ft) of torque, allowing the model to reach 100 km/h (62 mph) in 3 seconds and to go up to 330 km/h (205 mph).
