The Ferrari chairman Luca Cordero di Montezemolo was “speechless” after looking closer at the all-new 2013 SRT Viper.
According to Sergio Marchione, the Chrysler chairman and CEO, the Ferrari boss Luca Cordero di Montezemolo had a closer look at the 2013 SRT Viper during a board meeting and he was absolutely “speechless” over the new American supercar.
“I had the chairman of Ferrari down here for the board meeting last week and he had a chance to look at the car, and he was speechless. I mean, for Ferrari to admit that the car is a unique vehicle is a hell of a compliment. So I’m delighted. I mean, so far, knock on wood, we’re doing well”, said Sergio Marchionne in an interview on Detroit radio WJR-AM.
The new generation of the Viper was officially presented to the public at the 2012 New York Auto Show in a world premiere, last month.
