Novitec Rosso has worked its magic once again, this time on the Ferrari California T, which has received a lot of aftermarket goodies.
Trying to tweak a high performance model can go badly wrong but when the name of the tuning company in charge of it is Novitec Rosso, you can bet your money that the final design will be making the ride even hotter than the standard one. This particular example of the Ferrari California T, finished in an appealing yellow shade, has received a subtle treatment. Customers can order between different exhausts and visually speaking, the front lip, side skirts and rear wing are mostly noticeable.
According to the tuning company, these parts have been develop in the air tunnel so they are actually helping the aerodynamics of the car. Speaking of this, the model has been also dropped by 35 mm. The 3.9 liter twin turbo V8 engine has been also upgraded and the tuner has managed to squeeze an oomph from this, resulting in a total output of 646 HP (475 kW) and 856 Nm (631 lb-ft), a 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) sprint made in 3.3 seconds and a top speed of 323 km/h (201 mph). This is significantly more than what the standard unit has to offer, 552 HP (412 kW) and 755 Nm (557 lb-ft) of torque. From 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph), the regular sports car needs 3.6 seconds and top speed is 315 km/h (196 mph).
