A Ferrari California sports car has been recently crashed in Romania by a gypsy musician who ran through a red light and hit a Citroen.
Driving a rear-wheel sports car isn’t so easy, especially when you call yourself “Adrian Copilul Minune” or Adrian the Wonder Boy, in translation, and you’re a Romanian gypsy musician. According to the guys at Wrecked Exotics, the driver of the Ferrari California, the small guy in the image above, has went through a red light and crashed into a Citroen. Happily no one was injured, which is more than we can say about the Italian sports car. The incident took place in Bucharest, Romania, a few days ago.
As a small reminder, the Ferrari California has been officially presented to the public back in 2008 at the Paris Motor Show and it’s coming with a 4.3 liter gasoline direct injected V8 engine, which is developing a total output of 450 horsepower. The unit is mated to a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission and the Italian supercar is able to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.4 seconds before hitting a top speed of 310 km/h or 193 mph.
