The Ferrari F12 Berlinetta will make its North American debut on the 19th of August, during the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance.
After it was officially presented to the public in a world premiere during the 2012 Geneva Motor Show in March, the Ferrari F12 Berlinetta is now getting ready for its over-seas audience and the Italian based automaker has recently announced that the fastest ever Ferrari will make its North American debut at the 2012 Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, on the 19th of August.
“With many of our most valued clients and avid fans joining for the Pebble Beach Concoursd’Elegance, this is the ideal moment for the North American premiere of the new F12berlinetta,” says Marco Mattiacci, President and Chief Executive Officer, Ferrari North America. “Both beautiful and breathtakingly fast, the F12berlinetta carries forward the traditions of the great Ferraris of today and yesteryear,” Mattiacci continues.
The Ferrari F12 Berlinetta is, just like we said above, the fastest Ferrari ever and the supercar is powered by a 6,262cc B12 engine, which is producing a total output of 730 BHP and it has a peak torque of 730 lb-ft (690 Nm), out of which 80 percent is available from as low as 2,500 rpm. The Ferrari F12 Berlinetta can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.1 seconds and from 0 to 200 km/h in 8.5 seconds. The F12 Berlinetta is the replacement for the 599 GTB.
