Ferrari F40 owned by Rod Stewart to be auctioned image

A classic Ferrari F40 previously owned by Rod Stewart is currently looking for a new owner as the model in question will be soon heading towards auction, at the end of this month.

If you have done pretty well for yourself these past few years and you are looking for a classic Italian supercar than this red Ferrari F40, which was once owned by rock singer and songwriter Rod Stewart, was probably what you have been looking for. The supercar in question has covered less than 7,900 miles and it’s coming with the factory luggage set, with the manuals and the books and also with the car cover and the tire inflator.

The Ferrari F40 mentioned here is expected to be sold for 735,000 euros to 955,000 euros. The F40 has been driven by the rock star legend and by other previous owners between 1990 and 2008 only on the streets of California. The F40 has been produced in just 1,315 units, between 1987 and 1992, and it was offered in a single body style, 2-door coupe, with a mid-engine and rear-wheel drive, being replaced by the F50. Power came from a 3,0 liter V8 engine, rated at 478 HP (352 kW) and 577 Nm (425 lb-ft) of torque. The 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) sprint took just 3.9 seconds and top speed stood at 320 km/h (200 mph).
