According to The Genuine Maintenance program, a new customer care service just released by Ferrari, all the clients that buy the California, the 458 Italia, the FF or the 458 Spider from an authorized dealer will benefit from a seven-year scheduled maintenance.
The service is available starting 1 November in Malaysia and will be gradually available on all the Ferrari’s markets.
The Genuine Maintenance program addresses to each individual vehicle, ensuring for 7 years the scheduled maintenance at standard service intervals (20,000km or once a year) together with the original spare parts, engine oil and brake fluid. Thus, if the car gets sold within the 7 years period, all its owners will benefit from the program.
Ferrari stated that this is the first time ever when a carmakers offers such a unique maintenance program, which is totally in the favor of Ferrari car owners, ensuring that all the vehicles are maintained according to company’s standards, in order to offer safety, performance and reliability.
