An owner of the expensive, exclusive, powerful and impressive Ferrari LaFerrari has recently decided to have his ride slightly updated, with the help of the guys from JMB Optimering.
If you think that owning a Ferrari LaFerrari is good enough from ever wanting something else or from desiring to upgrade your ride, think again, because despite the 499 units of the hybrid supercar have been produced, such an owner has decided to refresh his very own model. The vehicle in question has been taken to JMB Optimering, in Halmstad, Sweden, who have upgraded the 6.3 liter V12 engine and the electric motor via chip tuning, allowing the total output to stand at 1,050 HP (772 kW).
This is significantly more than what the standard supercar has to offer, with its 950 HP (708 kW) and 900 Nm (664 lb-ft) of torque. Power is being sent to the rear wheels through a seven-speed dual clutch automated transmission and the standard Ferrari LaFerrari needs less than 3 seconds to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (217 mph). Top speed stands at 350 km/h (217 mph). The LaFerrari is currently the fastest road-going vehicle ever produced in Maranello and also the company’s first hybrid supercar.
