No more than 10 units of the Ferrari LaFerrari Spider might be produced by the Maranello based car company, as a report is recently indicating.
In case you were wondering what happened to the development of the Ferrari LaFerrari Spider, don’t worry, because the model in question is on its way, but if you were hoping that the company would produce it in a lot of numbers, think again. According to a recent report published by TheSupercarKids, the model in question could be assembled in less than 10 units, which will make it highly exclusive. Rumor has it that this will come with a removable roof, consisting of two panels, and with butterfly doors.
The drop-top version of the current Ferrari LaFerrari is believed to be priced from 2 to 4 million US, which means way more than its current coupe brother. Power will be provided by the same 6.3 liter V12 engine and electric motor, which, in the solid roof version, are good for 950 HP (708 kW) and 900 Nm (664 lb-ft) of torque. We are not sure if the output will remain unchanged but chances are Ferrari will try to make it more powerful in order to cope with the added weight.
