A brand new Ferrari LaFerrari, finished in red, has been recently spotted in Monaco, where it managed to attract a lot of curious eyes.
The Ferrari LaFerrari is living up to its predecessors, legends like the F40, the F50 or the Enzo, and what better place to see such an impressive supercar than Monaco, where it managed to attract quite a crowd, consisting in people who have seen it on the web and people who were wondering what this is. The Maranello based automaker’s flagship vehicle is probably one of the best cars money can buy these days, along with its two main rivals, the Porsche 918 Spyder and the McLaren P1.
Power to the Ferrari LaFerrari is being provided by a V12 engine, which is good for 800 HP, at 9,000 rpm, and 700 Nm of torque, available at 7,000 rpm. The unit is mated to an electric motor, which is generating an extra 163 HP and 270 Nm of torque. According to the Italian based automaker, the Ferrari LaFerrari can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in less than 3 seconds and from 0 to 300 km/h in just 15 seconds. Top speed stands at just over 350 km/h.
