The Italian tuner Castagna Milano has recently presented its latest creation, the Fiat 500 limousine, based on the Fiat 500 convertible.
Castagna Milano is actually celebrating entering the United States market with this latest creation, the Fiat 500 limousine, and even if you probably never heard of the tuner, it actually has a very long history behind it and, like it or not, the Fiat 500 limousine developed from the Fiat 500 convertible looks pretty interesting. According to Castagna Milano, the Fiat 500 limousine is available in three versions, LimoSun, LimoCity and LimoCity Presidential.
The aftermarket specialists at Castagna Milano have stretched the Fiat 500 from 3.5 meters to 5.43 meters, and the wheelbase has increased to 4.1 meters to 2.3 meters. The height has also been raised to 158 cm, in the CityLimo, from the standard 149 cm. Just as we said above, the Fiat 500 limousine is based on the Fiat 500 convertible and the LimoSun passenger area has four seats facing each other, with the large openings in the roof and sides being able to be closed by using transparent panels. The LimoCity is coming with a circular sofa, sliding doors, a mini-bar and it’s a closed version, while the LimoCity President is green, being powered by two electric motors which give the vehicle a top speed of 100 mph (160 km/h) with a range of 250 km.
