The aftermarket specialists at Lazzarini Design have recently rendered a very special Fiat 500, equipped with a Ferrari 458 Italia engine.
According to Lazzarini Design, the renderings posted below this article are showing an extreme vehicle, based on the Fiat 500, which is powered by the same engine used in the Ferrari 458 Italia. The model in question is also coming with a new body kit, highlighted by the completely redesigned bumpers, revised side skirts and prominent rear wing, along with a dual exhaust system, a roof mounted air intake and a reinforced chassis.
Just like we said above, power to the small Fiat 500 is being provided by the same engine used in the Ferrari 458 Italia, the 4.5 liter V8, which is developing a total output of 542 horsepower. Unlike the Italian supercar, the engine used by Lazzarini Design in the Fiat 500 is generating less horsepower in order to optimize traction. Lazzarini Design is currently looking for an investor willing to spend 500,000 USD for the development of this extreme vehicle and if this happens, we might just see on parked in a driveway near our homes. More details on the extreme Fiat 500 by Lazzarini Design will be announced if the company finds an investor.
